Profile:
Richmond County Savings Foundation is the charitable arm of Richmond County Savings Bank, a New York- and New Jersey-based commercial bank.
Challenge:
The foundation wanted to establish a professionally designed, version one website that would facilitate the submission of funding proposals by propspective grantees.
Solution:
PTP created an easy-to-use online proposal submission form that emails results to RCSF Program Managers. As part of the project, we trained RCSF staff to configure and use Outlook Express to retrieve email from new email boxes set up for the purpose of receiving proposals.
We created standard guidelines for proposal submission in both HTML and PDF format. Users who wish to submit applications by regular mail may download the PDF version and fill it out manually.
